Rules

Presentation Type: abstracts may be submitted for Oral Communication Sessions. Abstracts and papers must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the Congress.

Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. Please, note that each person may submit up ONE abstract only once through the forms. You must use the templates available on the website. Once submitted, no modifications can be made or other documents can be added so be sure to send the correct document at the time of submission. After, the system confirms that the abstract has been received, the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission of paper.

When your abstract will be evaluated, you will receive the notification.

After being accepted, you can summit your complete paper. The rules of presentation can be found in the templates available. This template MUST be used for the presentation of papers. Papers that do not observe these instructions will be returned to their authors to be rewritten according to the guidance and they could be rejected. Remember that if your communication includes FIGURES (illustrations, photographs, graphics and tables), maximum FIVE, they must be given in separate documents, never in the text of the communication.

Together with your paper and figures (if there are), you must present the document of publication agreement that it will be available on the website when the papers submission period opens.

All the documentation will be presented together at the same time. It will be sent only once through the forms. Papers must be received by the announced deadline. Papers received after the deadline will not be considered. Once submitted, no modifications can be made or other documents can be added, so made sure to send the correct document at the time of submission. The system will generate an automatic message informing that the process has been successful.

When your paper will be evaluated, you will receive the notification.

In order for the paper to be published in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors must be registered to attend the Congress, having paid the fees.
